Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage innovative OEM projects across Europe to develop cutting-edge stone wool solutions and systems for industrial partners.
• Translate ideas into business cases, including sales forecasts, cost reductions, and product optimizations.
• Create project milestones and identify "Go/no Go" gates to manage the innovation pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate with Public Affairs to develop connections with laboratories, suppliers, and factories for testing processes.
• Produce technical documentation to reduce "Route to Market" time and ensure compliance with patents, norms, and standards.
• Interface with industrial process suppliers to integrate stone wool into final systems.
• Benchmark existing solutions based on market trends and technical literature.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a project management role within the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of building physics.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital working tools.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of sustainability, environmental issues, and European energy regulations.
• Multilingual skills (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, or French).
• International professional experience.
• Basic understanding of business financials and strategic thinking.
