Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of plans for land development projects including commercial, residential, and roadway improvements
• Oversee design delivery to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness
• Provide leadership to the design team and coordinate project efforts
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate document preparation for multiple projects
• Interact with clients, authorities, contractors, and subcontractors
• Create proposals and engage in subcontractor agreements
• Create project schedules, track permit status, and lead project meetings
• Communicate weekly with clients regarding project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• United States Work Authorization
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to travel to various project sites and navigate construction areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Eight or more years of experience in engineering land development design
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience in land development, water/sewer projects, stormwater management, erosion control, parking lots, or road design
