Project Manager Road & Civil Engineering

Responsibilities

• Drive infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring high quality, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
• Lead the project organization and manage scope, timing, budget, and risk.
• Ensure all assignments comply with legal requirements, client specifications, and WSP working methods.
• Manage planning, follow-up, and administration independently with a strong focus on the customer.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve common project goals.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the business and technical processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within the infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience managing road plans (vägplan) and/or construction documents (bygghandling).
• Experience working with Trafikverket as a client.
• Strong understanding of engineering design and project processes.
• Knowledge of ABK, AB/ABT, and AMA standards.
• Civil engineering degree, engineering degree, or equivalent experience in urban development.
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
