Project Manager - Residential Sales

Responsibilities

• Run residential sales calls and provide customers with project proposals in a timely manner
• Meet with residential customers face-to-face to present prepared proposals and product samples
• Perform customer acquisitions through existing relationships and business development
• Assist with production needs and account management to ensure good PR
• Track and follow-up on sales opportunities
• Perform happy calls to customers following service to ensure satisfaction
• Frequent use and climbing of ladders or scaffolding

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service industry sales, preferably in residential roofing
• Valid US Driver’s License
• Proven track record of accurate estimating
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting and revenue targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
