Project Manager Renewable Energy

Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress of multiple renewable energy projects to ensure high-quality execution
• Lead, coach, and support a team of project leaders and technicians
• Plan worksites, manage timing, and adjust schedules as necessary
• Handle material ordering and ensure thorough technical and organizational preparation
• Monitor project budgets, perform post-calculations, and analyze financial results
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on all worksites
• Maintain direct contact with customers to provide professional follow-up throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage global planning and team workload to optimize productivity

Requirements

• Extensive experience in project follow-up within the renewable energy sector or a similar field
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Highly structured and organized working style with the ability to maintain oversight
• Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude
