Project Manager, Reliability Execution

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex facility maintenance and reliability execution projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Liaise with internal customer groups to define project scope, deliverables, costs, schedules, and regulatory or environmental objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through the use of risk registers and proactive planning.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scopes of work, procurement strategies, risk management plans, and safety management plans.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to manage the full lifecycle of external contractor engagement and contract development.
• Work with Work Management to schedule resources, outages, and material requisitions.
• Oversee project design and facilitate technical reviews to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and legal requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement of the Reliability Execution organization by developing formal processes, playbooks, and project templates.

Requirements

• 6 years of related project management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Word.
• Valid driver's license and ability to provide a driver's abstract.
• Ability to travel to other company locations for meetings or training (approximately 25% travel).

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Post-secondary degree in Business, Engineering, or Sciences, or a technical trades certification.
• Experience with change management or a related certification.
• Previous experience with Regional Asset Reliability, Pipe Integrity, Emissions, or Cathodic Protection projects.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
