Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for project execution
• Ensure resource availability and allocation across all project phases
• Track project performance and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Foster strong working relationships with clients and team members

Requirements

• Prior experience in data collection or AI/ML-related field projects
• Strong on-ground execution skills including scheduling and stakeholder communication
• Ability to manage multi-location shoot logistics and quality control
• Knowledge of data privacy and safety regulations such as HIPAA and FERPA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
