Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from planning and development through delivery and operational handoff
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource prioritization
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and field operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients
• Identify technical, operational, or scheduling risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support implementation of process improvements and Lean principles

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering and project management
• Experience managing complex industrial, automation, process, or capital equipment projects
• Understanding of mechanical/process system build and project execution
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, or industrial manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with FEL methodologies and EPC/project delivery models
