About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate strategic deliverables and track follow-up items to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Maintain accuracy of project management tools and documentation within systems like AtTask
- Manage vendor and consultant contract execution timelines
- Lead project tracking, milestone management, and data analysis to identify trends and risks
- Organize inputs from development partners to confirm deliverables and timelines
- Document decisions, task assignments, and approvals in project management systems
- Partner across teams to complete ad hoc requests and coordinate department events and logistics
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including creating presentations and spreadsheets
- Ability to evaluate data, synthesize insights, and identify trends
- Ability to prioritize work across multiple concurrent deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to collaborate across teams and provide empathetic support
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting real estate, development, construction, or capital projects
- Experience managing communication workflows or responding to professional correspondence
- Demonstrated success in operational or project coordination roles
