About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing and CRM campaigns across email, digital, social, and web channels
- Partner with creative directors, designers, and copywriters to translate business objectives into actionable creative direction
- Manage project lifecycles, including resource allocation, production workflows, and timeline adherence
- Oversee financial aspects of projects, including SOWs, estimates, budget tracking, and vendor management
- Drive quality assurance processes for creative assets, including rendering QA, personalization testing, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with marketing automation and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance and deployment
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within an interactive advertising or marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methods, and techniques
- Understanding of creative design and development principles, specifically for email and digital platforms
- Excellent business writing and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex project timings and maintain high attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
