Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of all safety initiatives and HSSE requirements.
• Lead day-to-day operational and workshop activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Manage customer inventories in compliance with legislative and contractual obligations.
• Oversee production activities to consistently meet customer delivery and service requirements.
• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with employees, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and execute cost-management opportunities to enhance commercial performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly customer performance review meetings and track KPIs.
• Provide weekly reporting to senior management, including financial performance and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable role within the Transport and Logistics sector.
• Proven experience in the Resources industry.
• Demonstrated strength in leading safety culture and driving exceptional safety performance.
• Well-developed people-management capabilities across diverse teams.
• High level of commercial insight and financial acumen.
• Experience managing full profit and loss (P&L) outcomes at a contract or branch level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
