Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational activities, haulage, and workshop functions to ensure safe and profitable delivery.
• Drive the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of all safety initiatives and risk assessments.
• Manage customer relationships, including leading monthly and quarterly performance review meetings.
• Oversee workforce management, including recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Manage project financials, including P&L outcomes, cost-management opportunities, and weekly performance reporting.
• Ensure all customer KPIs and contractual requirements are met or exceeded through proactive management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role within the Transport and Logistics sector.
• Proven experience in managing full profit and loss (P&L) outcomes at a contract or branch level.
• Strong safety leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive a positive safety culture.
• Well-developed people management capabilities across diverse teams.
• High level of commercial insight and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the resources or mining industry.
