Project Manager - QAQC (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Quality Management Plans for Data Center Projects
• Oversee the end-to-end project construction cycle and quality-related activities
• Prepare, approve, and implement QA/QC plans and Quality Manuals
• Ensure adherence to client quality norms, regulations, and work practices
• Conduct periodic quality audits and site inspections
• Evaluate contractors, vendors, and suppliers regarding quality control
• Minimize material rejection and rework through corrective actions
• Monitor construction activities and advise the Project Director on QA/QC issues
• Track and ensure timely close-out of non-conformances and defects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E.)
• 12-14 years of post-qualification experience in QA/QC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
