Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end store development projects, including new stores and relocations, from pre-project through to post-project review
• Oversee key deliverables such as store design, timelines, costs, and quality standards
• Conduct site due diligence in collaboration with local architecture expertise prior to lease signing
• Build and manage financial views of projects to support the budget process
• Track and monitor project KPIs regarding execution and budget to ensure high-quality design and delivery
• Collaborate closely with Hubs, Brands, and Real Estate teams to align on project briefs and milestones
• Support departmental initiatives, including process development and central vendor management

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience managing store development projects for a fashion retailer or consumer brand
• Extensive knowledge of retail construction, including store layouts, fixture installations, and MEP requirements
• Experience with site development processes such as permitting, landlord approvals, and zoning
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field
• Fluency in both English and German
• Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or Project Management methods such as PRINCE2
