Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the digital roadmap from concept to code, overseeing a scalable and secure ecosystem including ERP, Cloud, and APIs.
• Build frameworks to transform bold ideas into well-defined, high-quality deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, anticipating needs to keep roadmaps realistic.
• Orchestrate partners and vendors to ensure project alignment and scope control.
• Bridge the gap between technical milestones and organizational readiness through clear communication.
• Define and track KPIs to provide leadership with transparency regarding project health and ROI.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience driving large-scale IT projects.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in Digital Transformation (ERP, Cloud, or Omnichannel).
• Deep knowledge of Cloud infrastructures, data flows, and API ecosystems.
• Proven experience in high-velocity sectors such as Retail, E-commerce, or Manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with Prosci or Change Management methodologies.
• A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude with a focus on unblocking teams and mentoring.
