Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct the digital roadmap from conception to execution, ensuring scalable and secure IT ecosystems.
• Oversee complex projects involving ERP, Cloud, and API integrations.
• Build frameworks to transform bold ideas into well-defined, actionable deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure realistic roadmaps.
• Orchestrate partner and vendor ecosystems to maintain project alignment and prevent scope creep.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide leadership with visibility into project health and ROI.
• Bridge the gap between technical milestones and organizational readiness through clear communication.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, IT Management, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects.
• 5+ years of deep experience in digital transformation (ERP, Cloud, or Omnichannel).
• Proven experience in fast-paced sectors such as retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud infrastructures, data flows, and API ecosystems.
• Ability to prioritize business impact and project value over administrative bureaucracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile.
• Experience with Prosci or formal change management methodologies.
