Project Manager - Proposals

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end proposal development and submission process, including RFP interpretation, RFI coordination, and SOW preparation.
• Analyze tender and RFP requirements to develop effective proposal strategies and solution packages.
• Lead and facilitate the development, review, and release of all required proposal elements under tight deadlines.
• Develop detailed project execution packages to support awarded proposals.
• Maintain all proposal documentation in accordance with current document control processes.
• Support and manage project execution as assigned and promote site health and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, or Project Management.
• Proven knowledge of Proposal and Project Management processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites for document preparation.
• Experience in document management.
• Must be a US citizen (with TS/SCI) or an Australian citizen (capable of obtaining appropriate security clearance).
• Ability to fluently read, write, and speak English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Graduate qualifications in Business, Management, or Project Management.
• Experience in construction project management, estimation, and schedule development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and SharePoint.
• Previous experience developing complex bids and proposals.
