Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets
• Coordinate personnel, third-party contractors, and consultants
• Oversee quality control and project objectives throughout the lifecycle
• Participate in customer site visits, proposal development, and contract reviews
• Develop and maintain overall project schedules and identify critical path items
• Communicate project status, including financial status, risk assessment, and safety
• Coordinate work crews and schedule required equipment
• Manage field leadership and travel as needed

Requirements

• Working knowledge of engineering plans and specifications
• Mechanically inclined with understanding of machinery and heavy construction
• Proficiency in basic math and geometry
• Understanding of construction contracts and Windows-based software
• Experience in rigging or technical roles
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
