Project Manager Project Management

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the execution of Infineon Test Roadmap projects and segments test cell projects
• Manage test technology projects of varying complexity, including schedule planning, budget, headcount, and investments
• Drive milestone decisions at the project approval body and make key operational decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various locations to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions
• Utilize project management tools and methods to structure projects, control progress, and manage risks and changes
• Liaise with internal partners across business divisions, operations, IT, and R&D
• Manage external partners, including sub-contractors and suppliers of equipment and materials
• Deliver project success in a timely manner with full transparency for stakeholders

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience, ideally with Semiconductor Test Technology exposure
• Over 4 years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects in an international environment
• Strong project management skills and knowledge; IPMA certification is preferred
• Technical expertise in semiconductor packaging, assembly, final test, and the product life cycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
