Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and project teams through strategic real estate planning, design, and construction
• Manage procurement of design, construction, and consultant services
• Draft, review, negotiate, and enforce contractual documents
• Direct and monitor project budgets and schedules using web-based project controls
• Oversee development of architectural and engineering construction drawings and bid documents
• Engage with city officials, architects, engineers, and contractors to present project status
• Organize and review value engineering alternatives with owners
• Manage the project close-out process to successful completion
• Represent PMA in networking and business development opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years of development and project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage successful projects and meet client deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
