Project Manager Products and Solutions - Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all electrical-related commissioning activities for integrated data center and telecom infrastructure.
• Develop commissioning goals and objectives to ensure scope, functionality, and quality expectations are met.
• Supervise commissioning staff, including hiring, orientation, performance feedback, and workload prioritization.
• Provide leadership in deploying integrated solutions across the EMEA region, including hardware, software, and services.
• Develop and manage standards and policies to optimize performance and efficiency throughout the commissioning period.
• Manage customer relationships during project execution to ensure high levels of confidence and support.
• Promote a positive working environment focused on productivity, customer service, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an electrical or technology field with strong technical competencies.
• 5+ years of experience in mission-critical facilities.
• 3+ years of experience specifically within data center and telecom environments.
• Proficiency in SIC CAD and advanced computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing an engineering team.
• English language proficiency (minimum B1 level).
• Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
