Project Manager Products and Solutions - Engineering Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to optimize program management workflows.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow diagrams.
• Own the end-to-end Power BI lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Power BI environment while automating recurring reports.
• Support PMO operations and governance by providing data-backed insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate process improvement workshops and stakeholder sessions to enhance program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in PMO or project management roles.
• Proven expertise in Power BI development and administration.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience working within large-scale program environments.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools and data visualization platforms.
