About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify productivity opportunities and lead discussions to define use cases and associated tools
- Propose, quantify, and generate significant productivity gains for various business activities
- Lead and animate the AI community within the Procurement Division
- Raise awareness regarding prompt engineering and provide ongoing support
- Deploy Generative AI solutions and promote internal GenAI models
- Administer and deploy the division's prompt library
- Identify and implement suitable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
Requirements
- Currently a student at HEPIA (ISC - Information and Communication Systems) or HEG (IG - Business Informatics)
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
- High level of autonomy, flexibility, and organization
- Rigorous approach to task management and technical deployment
