Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered according to plan
• Organize and lead planning sessions
• Manage budget follow-ups
• Drive and deliver projects and products according to or above expectations
• Coach and support project members to foster a learning atmosphere
• Manage requirements and needs, translating them into concrete and realistic goals
• Communicate progress and success to other parts of the organization

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role or several years of experience in product development (Software, Electronics, or Mechanics)
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English (written and oral)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts simply
• Resident in Sweden

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMI, IPMA, or Prince2)
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Relevant higher education in the field
