Project Manager-Process Improvement-Sr

Responsibilities

• Implement business transformational and continuous improvement strategies using Lean methodologies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Lead small to medium teams in the use of Lean tools, including coaching teams through monthly 5-Day Lean Kaizen events and A3 Thinking methodology.
• Act as an internal consultant and mentor to foster a continuous improvement culture and promote Lean thinking throughout the organization.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, tracking progress, risks, budgets, and critical milestones.
• Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess process improvement outcomes and financial impact.
• Present data-driven analysis and reports to diverse audiences in a logical and understandable format.
• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to create and implement best practice Lean visions, strategies, and policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, Health Care Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
• Five (5) years of project management or process improvement experience within a healthcare setting or as a process improvement consultant.
• Advanced proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data.
• Technical mastery of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Care, Business, Health Care Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
