Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects from kickoff through closeout
• Ensure alignment between project scope, estimates, and field execution
• Lead 2-week lookahead planning and coordinate with Site Superintendents to remove roadblocks
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring accurate sequencing and resource planning
• Conduct weekly client-facing meetings to provide updates on schedule, budget, and risks
• Own project budgets, cost tracking, and monthly job forecasting
• Manage subcontractor agreements, including negotiation, awarding, and performance monitoring
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and long-lead items
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company quality standards, and OSHA safety regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgets, and cost control
• Experience managing commercial, infrastructure, or utility construction projects
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management tools
• Experience with electrical systems, EV infrastructure, or utility coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with telecommunications or wireless infrastructure projects
• Experience working with utility providers such as SCE or SDG&E
