Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the rollout of EV charging station projects within time and budget frameworks
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and coordinate stakeholders including property owners, grid operators, engineering firms, and installation partners
• Monitor installation partners daily and resolve bottlenecks in the installation chain
• Mobilize internal and external resources to ensure quality, safety, and rapid deployment
• Streamline internal processes to reduce deployment timelines and project expenditures
• Follow up on the operation of active charging stations to maintain partner relationships
• Support the sales team with technical site visits, interviews, and implementation plans
• Drive business up-selling to secure additional sites within major accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0 to 3 years of experience in project delivery or operational coordination
• Experience within a fast-growing startup
• Fluency in Dutch or French with a very good command of the other language
• Solid working knowledge of English
• Passion for sustainable mobility or prior experience in EV/energy sectors
