Project Manager - Power System Studies

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for SCCAF-related coordination between clients, contractors, and engineering teams
• Manage SCCAF project schedules and align study milestones with construction timelines
• Coordinate the development and delivery of SCCAF reports, settings, labels, RFIs, and submittals
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Lead SCCAF coordination meetings and ensure timely follow-through from all stakeholders
• Facilitate resolution of technical and data-related challenges including equipment information and design revisions
• Manage the SCCAF process from project kickoff through final deliverables
• Support project operations including invoicing coordination, document control, and quality assurance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred (or Associate degree with relevant experience)
• 4+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Understanding of engineering and design processes, contracts, and project financials
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
