Project Manager Power Car

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate sub-system activities for power car projects to ensure successful execution.
• Apply project strategy in accordance with defined contractual commitments and targets.
• Achieve QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) objectives for the assigned sub-system.
• Implement and execute the scope of work according to the Sub-system Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Plan, monitor, and control end-to-end sub-system activities, including scope, schedule, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution involving Engineering, R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, and RAMS.
• Manage sub-system level decisions, trade-offs, and change management processes.
• Synchronize sub-system activities with other project teams and manage interfaces with train-level architecture teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or sub-system coordination within a technical environment.
• Strong ability to perform sub-system requirement analysis and implementation.
• Expertise in risk management, change management, and WBS implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting project status transparently.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
