Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage company-wide projects from initiation to completion
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Oversee project management tools and systems for optimal workflow design
• Conduct firmwide project audits to identify process improvements
• Act as the escalation point for complex project issues
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and other departments on company initiatives
• Create SOPs, training materials, and project playbooks
• Lead special projects including system upgrades and automation initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with leadership responsibility
• Expert-level proficiency with project management platforms like Asana or Teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional follow-through and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Bethesda, MD

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certifications
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
• Cross-department collaboration experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
