Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to closure
• Ensure delivery of Playtech products on-time and within scope
• Provide short term and long term delivery plans
• Define project priorities and coordinate daily activities with teams
• Manage communication flows and documentation via status reports, dashboards, and plans
• Present regular project updates covering milestones, risks, budgets, QA, and schedule
• Identify possible issues and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders
• Drive internal and external process improvement
• Guide the team in identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate
• Educate and mentor team members on best practices in project management
• Design and implement part of processes from scratch

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a Software/IT environment
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset
• English fluency (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, or Monday.com

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in game development
• Familiarity with managing third-party vendors and integrations
