Project Manager Platform Integration Air Force Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead platform integration projects within the Air Force Systems product area, focusing on missile integration for flying platforms and the development of IRIS-T family training missiles.
• Coordinate, design, and implement cooperation programs with international partners and set up integration programs for customer platforms.
• Manage test campaigns and support operator meetings, marketing briefings, and integration-related inquiries.
• Lead bid projects for platform integrations and manage interdisciplinary project teams in close collaboration with Sales and Product Managers.
• Support activities for future block concepts regarding interfaces to ensure seamless integration capabilities into various platforms.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Computer Science, Mechanical, or similar).
• Extensive professional experience in leading complex, international development projects.
• Proven knowledge in the field of system or platform integration.
• Experience working with international customers.
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken) and strong presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading projects within the defense technology sector.
• Familiarity with the specific technologies, capabilities, and products of Diehl Defence.
