Project Manager - Planning P6 (Data Center)

Responsibilities

• Implement Project Planning & Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures
• Coordinate the development of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
• Maintain the integration and integrity of contractor schedules within the Program suite
• Provide quality assurance regarding the tracking and reporting of schedule performance
• Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports
• Perform Critical Path Analysis and schedule risk analysis
• Analyse deviations from the baseline and propose corrective actions
• Analyse the overall schedule impact of any variance or change order
• Ensure schedule feedback is provided from vendors, suppliers, and contractors

Requirements

• BE in Civil or Electrical Engineering
• 8 to 12 years of experience in project planning
• Experience with mission critical or data center projects
• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Advanced Excel skills including data processing and conditional formatting
• Strong reporting skills for detailed and brief documentation
• Ability to maintain and track deliverables such as Long Lead Equipment and Delay Logs
