Project Manager Planning Coordination

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall execution planning and manage stakeholders across structural, interior, facade, and building services trades
• Develop economically and technically optimized solutions for complex construction projects
• Review contracts for compliance with recognized technical rules and standards
• Coordinate, steer, and monitor the work and assembly planning of subcontractors
• Conduct plan checks, planning meetings, and special technical discussions
• Actively manage the planning process and monitor all planning schedules
• Collaborate closely with project management and participate in team-concept projects

Requirements

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Several years of professional experience in planning and execution roles
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assert technical requirements
• Knowledge of HOAI and VOB is highly desirable
• Willingness to travel for several days as required by project needs
• An independent, conscientious, and economically-minded way of working
