Project Manager - Planning and Analysis Group

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic modeling and analyses for drinking water distribution, wastewater, and stormwater collection systems
• Prepare and manage project teams in developing water and wastewater comprehensive plans and reports
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support design and construction of water and sewer projects
• Interact directly with clients and review agencies
• Mentor and direct Engineers-In-Training (EIT)
• Support business development to expand planning and analysis services

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited university
• Current P.E. license in Washington state or eligibility via comity
• Minimum of 12 years of transferable experience, preferably in public sector consulting
• Proficiency with hydraulic modeling platforms such as WaterGEMS, InfoWater Pro, SewerGEMS, or PC-SWMM
• Experience with GIS
• Strong technical writing and analytical skills
• Ability to assist with project proposals, budgets, and invoice review
