Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage operational projects including resource mobilization, field surveys, and equipment demobilization.
• Lead project teams to produce, execute, and control project budgets.
• Coordinate activities such as contract reviews, internal/external Kick-Off Meetings (KOM), and site assessments.
• Ensure all project-related information is accurately entered into the ERP system.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial request and Job Safety Analysis to invoicing and payment milestone follow-ups.
• Oversee field activities and ensure all necessary written approvals are obtained from customers prior to mobilization.
• Drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operation planning.
• Proven experience within the Oil & Gas sector or EPC contracting.
• Direct experience working with UAE and ADNOC standards/environments.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to travel extensively to field locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate refinery or plant environments, including climbing ladders and stairs.
