Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and detailed plans including timelines and resource allocation
• Manage a portfolio of key luxury retail and F&B clients as the primary point of contact
• Lead cross-functional teams across production, design, procurement, and operations
• Oversee project resources, including personnel, budgets, and materials
• Maintain clear communication with clients, internal teams, and senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks related to scope, timelines, and budget
• Establish and maintain quality standards through production and installation
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and support invoicing processes
• Create and maintain realistic project schedules and milestone plans
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post-project reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Interior Design, or Business Administration
• Proven experience in fit-out, joinery, exhibitions, events, or retail production
• Essential experience in luxury retail or F&B retail environments
• Strong technical knowledge of materials, costing, fabrication, and drawings
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate with site teams
• Proficiency in budget control, scheduling, and resource planning
• Fluency in Arabic
