Project Manager Pharmaceutical Investment Projects

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investment projects in a GMP-regulated environment from concept to commissioning
• Take overall responsibility for project parameters including time, budget, and quality (CTQ/TCQ)
• Develop risk-based C&Q strategies (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ)
• Manage URS, design reviews, risk analyses, and DQ/IQ/OQ documentation
• Ensure Good Engineering Practice (GEP) and documented traceability
• Control suppliers including engineering offices, plant manufacturers, and construction partners
• Communicate proactively with management, quality, production, and international stakeholders
• Manage risks, escalations, and project reviews
• Hand over qualified equipment to production and follow up on deviations and CAPAs
• Support portfolio and investment planning (CAPEX roadmap)

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering
• Several years of experience leading projects in capital goods or production plants, preferably in pharma
• Structured and process-oriented working style
• Knowledge of GMP standards
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to moderate large teams and make decisions
• Very good English skills
