About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage interface coordination and delivery of contractor scope for facility operator permits in compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering, project controls, procurement, and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with KSA permitting authorities.
- Develop, coordinate, and track micro-schedules for employer permit final approval package readiness.
- Actively identify and facilitate risk management through early identification and proactive project management practices.
- Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and customer representatives to ensure all application documentation is consolidated and reviewed.
- Support the Senior Project Manager with risk management and interface management aspects across various sub-projects.
Requirements
- Science or Engineering degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project execution.
- Extensive experience with large-scale EPC projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
- Deep knowledge of current HCIS regulations, including SAF and SEC/SAIS directives.
- Proven experience navigating the KSA permitting process for facility construction and operation.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Complete project life cycle experience acting as an owner or facility operator.
- Familiarity with contract language and sub-contract administration.
- Proficiency in the Arabic language (speaking and writing).
