Responsibilities

• Supervise and pilot operational activity by monitoring real-time figures for customer service centers
• Contribute to workforce planning by adjusting schedules based on load forecasts and resource availability
• Anticipate activity peaks and propose necessary adjustments
• Track, analyze, and ensure the reliability of performance indicators (KPIs)
• Produce and update daily, weekly, and monthly activity dashboards
• Perform numerical analyses to support decision-making regarding trends and activity peaks
• Participate in projects to implement new tools, such as AI and planning software, including requirement gathering, testing, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's level program (Bac +4 / Bac +5)
• Seeking a 12 to 24-month work-study apprenticeship (alternance)
• Profile oriented toward reporting, Business Intelligence, and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of project management and customer relations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Ideally proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI
• Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
