Patriot Erectors is a full-service, AISC Certified Steel Fabricator and AISC Advanced Steel Erector. Founded in 1991, the company focuses on quality, safety, and providing exceptional customer service for structural steel facilities and non-building steel structures.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess vendor proposals
• Manage multiple parallel projects using formal project planning techniques
• Set up projects in the PE system and establish fabrication schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor vendor relationships
• Communicate progress regarding production, financial, quality, and safety goals
• Negotiate change orders and maintain customer relationships
• Identify resource and equipment requirements and manage capacity planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Ten years of general experience in the structural steel industry
• Five years of project management experience in the structural steel industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Qualifications

• AISC Manual of Steel Construction knowledge
• Understanding of construction codes and practices
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with FabSuite, Tekla, or Tekla EPM
• Experience with Trimble Connect software
