Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a highly complex design-build project to upgrade environmental compliance at a key energetics projection facility
• Plan, direct, and control all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project
• Forecast monthly revenue, labor costs, ODCs, and gross profit while managing the project budget and profitability
• Oversee the establishment of Project Management, Health and Safety, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control plans
• Monitor and negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors
• Develop career development plans for direct reports and identify staffing needs for projects and pursuits
• Collaborate with managers and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans
• Act as the primary company representative with clients and subcontractors during program execution
• Identify business development opportunities and participate in proposal development and client presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field
• 10+ years of related work experience
• Broad general technical and business background
• Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to perform in a management capacity
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
