Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
• Prepare and present project progress reports and presentations to management and stakeholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contractual obligations, and health and safety requirements
• Manage project budgets, invoicing, variations, and overall commercial performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in project management within engineering, urban planning, or infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure and master planning projects
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing large-scale urban planning and infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC region
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong understanding of UAE project delivery standards and authority approval processes
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Experience working within engineering consultancy environments
