Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple modernization installation projects from award through completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate contract activities, billing, RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor payments
• Communicate with sales, superintendents, leadership, and other stakeholders to support project success
• Review contract documents, drawings, and modifications to validate scope and estimate costs

Requirements

• 3+ years of elevator industry project management and/or construction experience
• Experience with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft software in technical environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt in dynamic, team-oriented environments
