Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of multiple modernization installation projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all safety and technical standards
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion, ensuring project scope aligns with contract documents
• Manage construction process duties including billing, contractor payments, RFIs, and change order optimization
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners, including internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership
• Interpret construction contractual documents and modifications to accurately determine cost impacts
• Analyze project situations to assist in developing contingencies for estimates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in elevator industry project management or construction
• Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft software within technical environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
