Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of multiple modernization installation projects to ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure flawless project execution by meeting schedules, budgets, technical standards, and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion, ensuring scope consistency
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners, including internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership
• Manage construction process duties such as billing, contractor payments, RFIs, and change order optimization
• Interpret construction contractual documents and analyze situations to develop contingencies for estimates

Requirements

• 3+ years of elevator industry project management or construction experience
• Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft software within technical environments
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
