Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flawless execution of multiple modernization installation projects to ensure they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical and safety standards
• Coordinate all contract activities from the award stage to completion, ensuring documents are consistent with the required project scope
• Manage construction process duties including billing, consultant and contractor payments, processing RFIs, and optimizing change order opportunities
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners, including internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership
• Interpret construction contractual documents and modifications to accurately determine costs and develop contingencies for estimates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in elevator industry project management or construction
• Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft software in technical environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder relationship management
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
