Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coordination of multiple modernization installation projects to ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure flawless project execution by meeting schedules, budgets, technical standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Coordinate all contract activities from award stage to completion, ensuring documents align with the required project scope
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners, including internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership
• Manage construction process duties such as billing, consultant and contractor payments, RFIs, and change order optimization
• Interpret construction contractual documents and modifications to accurately determine cost impacts and develop estimate contingencies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in elevator industry project management or construction
• Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder relationship management
• Proficiency with Microsoft software in technical environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
