Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flawless execution of multiple modernization installation projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical and safety standards
• Coordinate all contract activities from the award stage to completion, ensuring consistency between contract documents and project scope
• Proactively communicate with client representatives, including general contractors, owners, architects, and regulatory agencies regarding project design and scheduling
• Manage construction process duties such as billing, consultant and contractor payments, processing RFIs, and optimizing change order opportunities
• Interpret construction contractual documents and modifications to accurately determine cost impacts and develop contingencies for estimates
• Collaborate with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership to ensure financial and customer success

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in elevator industry project management or construction
• Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
• Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder relationship management
• Proficiency with Microsoft software in technical environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
