Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flawless execution of multiple modernization installation projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all technical, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate all contract activities from award to completion, ensuring project scope aligns with contract documents.
• Manage construction process duties including billing, consultant and contractor payments, processing RFIs, and optimizing change order opportunities.
• Proactively communicate with cross-functional partners, including internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership.
• Interpret construction contractual documents and modifications to accurately determine cost impacts and develop contingencies for estimates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in elevator industry project management or construction.
• Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft software within technical environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder relationship management.
